We are pleased to announce another experience, the Show Cooking Class.
The chef will welcome you into his open kitchen and prepare a gastronomic journey for you where you can interact with him and discover some of his secrets.
Unlike our cooking class it will be a shorter experience.
The experience will last about a couple of hours and at the end of the journey you will taste everything the Chef prepared accompanied with a good local wine. It is possible to choose or meat menù or fish menù below all details:

The fish menu is:
- Raw or Cooked Prawn Carpaccio with mixed Salad and crunchy Vegetables and local Ricotta quenelle;
- Ravioli filled with local ricotta and thyme, lemon sauce and grilled Scampi;
- Catch of the day with blue bread, potato cream and fried vegetables;
- Lemon Sorbet.
The experience includes:
- Food, water, local wine, drinks, coffee, limoncello;
- Souvenir.
